We're delighted to offer delivery to the majority of the UK, although some destinations might require a bit more patience. For our friends in the Scottish Highlands or other remote Scottish locales, please allow an additional day for your delivery to arrive. We strive to reach every corner, ensuring everyone has access to our products.

Handling Your Delivery

Should you be away when we attempt delivery, there's no need to worry. For items that don't require a signature, we've designed most of our packages to fit through standard letterboxes, or they can be left in a secure outdoor post box.

In instances where a signature is necessary and you're not available, rest assured, your parcel will be safely taken to your local post office. There, you can easily arrange for a redelivery at your convenience.

Order Modifications and Dispatch

We understand that sometimes changes are needed. However, once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to alter its details. But don't fret—if upon receiving your order, you find any items unsuitable, we welcome you to return them for an exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Festive Period Delivery

Orders placed between 18th of December and 8th of January may experience delivery disruption over the festive and new year period. Orders placed before or by the 17th of December are less likely to experience delays.

Late/Missing Parcels

If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, please first check the Royal Mail Track and Trace portal using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have further issues, please kindly contact us at info@houseofpods.co.uk providing your full name and order number. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


In the event of lost parcels, we can file a claim with the courier. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days for domestic shipments. Once this period has elapsed, we will be able to either refund or re-send the missing order.

We understand that waiting for the investigation to be completed by the courier may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to ensure that the item does not arrive after a refund has been issued. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us for any reason, we will promptly get in touch with you. Typically, we will issue a full refund for the order, excluding any shipping costs.

In the event that your order is returned to us multiple times as undelivered, the refund will be processed, deducting all handling fees and shipping costs incurred. Please note that we reserve the right to apply our handling fees for undelivered orders.
